It automatically records, transcribes, and summarizes conversations between Genius Bar staff and customers.
Bloomberg says:
• Recording only happens with consent from both sides
• Audio files aren't saved – only transcripts
• Store managers don't have access to the transcripts
• Employees can edit the text and AI summary before it's saved
🧑🔬 The goal is to cut down on note-taking during customer interactions and improve service quality. Still, some employees worry the recordings could eventually be used for performance reviews or training purposes. The project is currently in the testing phase.
