👨🔧 If your iPhone has an inactive SIM or eSIM with the same phone number as an active SIM, you may encounter the following issues:
• Inability to activate iMessage on a device running iOS 26;
• “Not Delivered” warning for sent iMessage messages;
• Inability to receive messages;
• Messages may be sent and received via RCS or SMS instead of iMessage;
• Messages may be sent using an email address instead of a phone number.
