On April 2–3, Kazan hosted Energoprom, one of the key industry forums in Russia’s power sector — and this year, our fellows were right at the center of it.
So what did they actually do there?
🤩Explored the exhibition space — and even had the chance to personally greet Rustam Minnikhanov, Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan, and Sergey Tsivilev, Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation.
🤩Joined the plenary session to discuss the future of the electric power industry, technological sovereignty, and global energy transitions.
🤩Took the floor at the Council of Rectors meeting, where our fellows Joan Nwafor, Founder of CyberOdan, shared Nigeria’s experience in education and workforce development in the energy sector.
🤩Met with Roman Marshavin, Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation, to talk about international cooperation and professional pathways in the field.
From conversations to connections, from insights to real opportunities. And for our fellows, this is just the beginning.
