Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably Psychology
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR-related roles
Experience in a property company will be a plus
Familiar with HR functions, including:
·      Recruitment & Selection
·      Employee Onboarding
·      Employee Data Management
·      Performance Appraisal Support
Good understanding of Government Regulations, Labor Law, and Job Creation Law
Skilled in using psychological assessment tool
