Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Law, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering)
- Familiar with job portals and social media recruitment
- Good administrative skills (employee data, contracts, documentation, etc.)
- Willing to be placed in Bendungan Hilir, Central Jakarta
