Key Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic partner to business leaders
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle
Drive performance management & appraisal processes
Handle employee engagement and grievance management
Support workforce planning and manpower budgeting
Required Skills:
Strong stakeholder management skills
Experience in performance management and employee relations
Good knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR reporting
