📊 Where the Fund stands
• Value (Aug 24, 2026): $98,776.51
• Since Dec 2025: −10.91%
• Since launch: −58.4% (GRAM: −49.7%)

Balances barely changed this period and the decline was mainly price-driven.
This is our first report showing both since-inception performance and a benchmark. These will be included in every report going forward.

💼 Portfolio
• USDT: 66,157 (66.98%)
• HPO: 9,023,524 (22.39%)
• hGRAM: 6,001 (10.57%)

Two-thirds of the Fund is now in stablecoins. That helped protect capital during the drawdown and this capital is now ready to be put to work.

🗓 What’s next
In September, we’ll:
• Publish the Investment Policy Statement; Target allocation, risk limits, liquidity rules, rebalancing, and HPO strategy.
• Open it for community review in @hipo_chat.
• Hold a binding DAO vote to decide the Treasury strategy.
Quarterly reporting resumes with the next report in December 2026.
