🤝 After careful discussion, we’ve decided not to burn the remaining tokens in the tokenomics wallets (except the team segment), as they may be needed for future growth and ecosystem development.
💠 Team Segment Update
The team allocation, which includes a 12-month cliff and was originally planned for a 24-month linear release, is approaching its unlock phase in the next few months.
To reinforce our community-first approach, we’re updating this plan:
▪️The release duration will be extended from 24 to 48 months
▪️90% of the tokens scheduled for release in the first 12 months will be burned 🔥
💡 Why this decision?
We want to show our full commitment to early supporters and ensure decentralization by limiting team unlocks.
So far, around 45M HPO have been distributed, and this change will help governance remain decentralized while aligning the team’s incentives with Hipo’s long-term growth.
