🛠 SERVICE UPDATE: GAME ACCESS RESTORED 🛠

Dear Hamster Kings,

After the latest game update, we all encountered technical issues with data center access that were beyond our control. As a result, some players temporarily couldn't log into the game.

The project team quickly deployed standby servers, and full access has now been restored for everyone.

We really appreciate your patience and understanding. Compensation details will be shared tomorrow in a separate announcement — stay tuned.

⚠️ Update on Leaderboard & Cache Points
We are also aware of an issue where Leaderboard Points and Cache Points were not being awarded correctly when upgrading buildings (Tier‑ups). This issue will be fixed shortly. Tomorrow, all missing points will be credited to affected players.
