Unfortunately, we need to extend the maintenance period until approximately 4:00 GMT due to an unexpected issue. Please note that this is an estimated time and may change.

While deploying the update, we discovered an unforeseen issue that may have allowed some players to gain an unintended in-game advantage.

Maintaining fair and equal conditions for all players is very important to us, so before reopening the servers, we need to resolve the issue and address its consequences.

As a result, the following measures will be taken:
🔹 Player progress will be restored to its state at the start of the maintenance, when the servers were taken offline.
🔹 All purchases made with Stars or through the web shop after the maintenance initially ended will be credited in full — directly to your account or via in-game mail, as usual.
🔹 All players will receive compensation for the additional downtime. We will share more details about the compensation separately.

We’re very sorry that this situation prevented you from properly experiencing the update right after its release. We know many of you had been waiting for the maintenance to end and had already returned to the game.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. We’re doing everything we can to restore the servers to a stable state and reopen the game as soon as possible.

К сожалению, нам необходимо внепланово продлить технические работы ориентировочно до 4:00 GMT. Обратите внимание: указанное время предварительное и может измениться.

Во время запуска обновления мы обнаружили непредвиденную проблему, из-за которой некоторые игроки могли получить непредусмотренное игровое преимущество.

Для нас важно сохранить честные и равные условия для всех игроков, поэтому перед повторным открытием серверов нам необходимо устранить проблему и её последствия.

В связи с этим будут приняты следующие меры:
🔹 Игровой прогресс будет восстановлен до состояния на момент начала технических работ, когда серверы были отключены.
🔹 Все покупки за звёзды или через web-shop, совершённые после первоначального окончания технических работ, будут начислены в полном объёме — на аккаунт или в игровую почту, как обычно.
🔹 За дополнительное время недоступности игры все игроки получат компенсацию. Подробнее о ней мы расскажем отдельно.

Нам очень жаль, что из-за возникшей ситуации вы не смогли как следует познакомиться с обновлением сразу после его выхода. Мы понимаем, что многие ждали окончания технических работ и уже успели вернуться в игру.
