🔸 Putting your Personal Assistant to use

Once your Personal Assistant is all trained and activated, it’s ready to start working for you.

This means that when a new client reaches out, based on the settings you’ve specified, your PA will work diligently to answer all their questions and gather all relevant information about their project. Once your PA decides the project could be a good fit for you, it will either recommend one of your packages, set up a consultation for you and the client, or hand the conversation over to you for a custom offer.

Your PA is designed to assist you, not replace you. Therefore, your clients will always know when they’re talking to your assistant and not you. Not only will they see your PA’s name and avatar, but all messages with your PA will be automatically labeled in the inbox as such. You are also free to interject and take over the conversation with the client whenever you desire. When the conversation is passed to you—whether at your request, the client's request, or the PA's—you’ll always receive a brief summary of the previous discussions in order to ensure a seamless transition.

The Personal Assistant is a great tool to help you free up some time while still maximizing your revenue on Fiverr. To get the most out of it, we encourage you to invest significant time in training your PA. This will make sure it has everything it needs in order to respond effectively to clients and, most importantly, close deals on your behalf. If you encounter issues, provide feedback to your assistant regularly. The more you provide feedback and train it to match your tone and improve accuracy, the better it will serve you and make your workflow a lot more efficient and enjoyable!
