i’m back with fresh thoughts, ideas, feelings and ambitions, a clearer sense of direction. Not only do I want to share with you sth about English language, but also about what’s been going on in my personal life.
for quite a long time, I was going through a really tough period. I mean stress, exhaustion, burnout, and health issues. at some point, it felt like my body just gave up on me. actually, I had a desire to do so many things but physically I just couldn’t (it wasn’t laziness).
I started seeing a cardiologist, got my vitamin levels checked and then went to the seaside for a month. actually that month turned out to be incredibly healing. my blood pressure and vitamin levels went back to normal, I became calmer and I started to feel that I have strength and desire to achieve my goals.
always try to take care of your health and well-being, even a simple vitamin deficiency or chronic fatigue can affect so many areas of your life. After I recovered, I started thinking completely differently. Moreover, I began treating myself with much more kindness and respect.
over the past two weeks, I’ve been thinking a lot about how much I want to do in 10th grade: writing a project in English with a presentation and a product; exploring different teaching methodologies; preparing for my EGE exams and DET, CAE. even though 10th and 11th grade probably won’t let me teach, especially with all the extra classes I’ll have from Sep until June, I still don’t think I shouldn’t grow bc of that, learn, and explore new things.
I really hope this post encourages at least some of you to respect yourselves more, believe in your own potential, and keep striving for your goals.
