I want to say — tomorrow, finally, the festival Emigration to the Future opens. It's happening in Berlin.

Here's how, with zero institutional support, we put together a festival of over forty events with people from seven countries. It wasn't easy for us.

So why did we do it? Because in a situation where you don't know what to do, you need to do something. That's the thinking behind this festival — and maybe this recipe will work.
