I’ve lived so much yet I have seen so little
I’m just a man who’s eager for your touch
I’ve never ever even tasted freedom
Being a kid so pleased to punch
The gods in faces, to defy their laws
Until my breath is stolen from me
And only then they’ll feel my wrath
And agony, and deadly omen
I’m but a man, I don’t deserve the honor
And honourifics and the peasants’ dread
I’m just a kid and I will wish for warmer
Foods and drinks and fresh-baked bread
I’m not a king. Or even princess.
I’m not a boy and I will never be a man
And feminine are all my features
My body, twisted, filled with my regret
And only I exist in pleasure.
Or it’s my place to be a pleasure’s tool
Take one more shot, all for good measure
And make myself a common fool
But then the mirrors will come at me
Attack me with disgusting truth
I’m not a girl and all in me is evil
And manliness is truly of no use
How come I then turn into nothing?
And shadows flow around my form
I’m but a boy, whose name is frightening
Sounds with a terrifying and disturbing tone
I’m but a girl, who owns her dreams of freedom
That one will never even taste
I’ve lived so much yet I have touched so little
Not even my ungodly face
