ICTWEEK UZBEKISTAN 2026 doirasidagi SABRIYA tadbirida Raqamli ta’limni rivojlantirish markazi bosh mutaxassisi Barno Tursunaliyeva qizlarning texnologiyalar sohasidagi rivoji, o‘ziga ishonch va ichki to‘siqlar mavzusida taqdimot o‘tkazdi.
U texnologiyalar qizlar uchun nafaqat yangi kasb va imkoniyatlar, balki o‘ziga bo‘lgan ishonchni shakllantirish maydoni bo‘lishi mumkinligini ta’kidladi.
“Yo‘ldagi asosiy to‘siq texnologiya emas. Bu sizning ichingizdagi ovoz. Ishonch tug‘ilmaydi, uni qurishadi. Texnologiya esa ishonchni shakllantirish uchun eng tezkor maydonlardan biri: bu yerda har kuni erishilgan kichik g‘alabalar sizni shakllantiradi.”
Taqdimotdan so‘ng ishtirokchilar bilan IT sohasida rivojlanish, o‘ziga ishonch, kasb tanlash va mavjud stereotiplarni yengib o‘tish haqida ochiq va jonli muloqot bo‘lib o‘tdi.

As part of the SABRIYA event at ICTWEEK UZBEKISTAN 2026, Barno Tursunaliyeva, Chief Specialist at the Center for Digital Education Development, delivered a presentation on women in technology, personal growth, confidence, and overcoming internal barriers.
She emphasized that technology can offer young women not only new career opportunities, but also a space to build confidence through practice and progress.
“The biggest barrier is not technology. It is the voice inside you. Confidence is not something you are born with, it is something you build. Technology is one of the fastest environments for building that confidence, because every small win shapes you.”
The presentation was followed by an open discussion with participants on building a career in IT, developing self-confidence, choosing a professional path, and overcoming stereotypes in the technology sector.
