Lamington
(an amazing dessert that is prepared on the smallest continent of our country)

Ingredients for the dough:
butter — 200 g + for greasing
flour — 185 g
corn starch — 40 g
baking powder — 2 teaspoons
sugar — 230 g
vanilla extract — 2 teaspoons
eggs — 3 pieces
milk — 125 ml
Ingredients for coating:
bitter chocolate — 200 g
butter — 1 tablespoon
powdered sugar — 500 g
milk — 140 ml
coconut chips — 300 g

Preparation: 
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Grease a rectangular baking dish with butter. 
Sift the flour and mix with starch and baking powder. Beat the butter with a mixer with sugar into a fluffy light mass. Butter, eggs and milk for the dough should be at room temperature. 

Continuing to beat, add vanilla extract and eggs to the butter. When the mass becomes homogeneous, turn off the mixer. Add the eggs one at a time. Drive in the next one when the previous one is completely combined with the oil. 
Alternately, add milk and flour to the egg mass in portions, stirring with a spatula until smooth. 

Pour the dough into the mold and smooth it with a spatula. Bake the sponge cake for 30-35 minutes until ready.
Transfer it to the grill, cool completely and cut into small identical cubes. 

Break the chocolate into pieces and put it in a large bowl, add the butter. While stirring, melt the chocolate in a water bath. Add powdered sugar and warm milk. Cook the glaze, stirring, until smooth.
