Fragrant & Delicate Orange Kurabie

Ingredients:
• 2 eggs
• 100g powdered sugar
• 120 ml vegetable or butter oil
• 1 packet of vanilla sugar
• 1 packet of baking powder
• Zest of 1 orange
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 400–450 g flour (add flour gradually. The dough should be soft and slightly sticky to the touch)

For coating:
• Powdered sugar
