What actually sets it apart
one transaction deploys the token, opens a V4 pool, puts the full supply in (1B fixed, no mint, no owner), and locks the liquidity for good. That pool is live from block one on any V4 router.

You can pair against ETH, USDG, $PAR, Stock Tokens (AAPL, NVDA, TSLA, and the rest), or any ERC-20 the pricer can put a value on. Multi-market: up to five pools for the same token in one transaction. Supply gets split across the books, and arb keeps the prices honest.


$PAR tokenomics: 1B supply, no mint. Base fee is 1%, split 50/50 creator and protocol. Protocolโ€™s share paid in the launched token gets burned. Quote-side share: 60% goes to $PAR buyback and burn, 40% to ops. So about 80% of what the protocol makes on new launches goes to burn or buyback. On the $PAR pool itself, about 75% of every fee ends up burned. Buybacks run hourly.

Contracts are open source (MIT), verified, public SDK. This is not a vibe launch.
