Payward, Kraken's parent company, plans to bring compliant onchain perpetual futures to US clients, using builder-deployed markets on the Hyperliquid blockchain routed through its CFTC-regulated entities.
Earlier this month, Nasdaq reportedly invested $100M in Payward at a $21B valuation, deepening ties between the two firms.
