Circle has launched the public mainnet of its Arc Layer 1 blockchain, with a new Aave V4 market, Morpho, and Uniswap among the protocols live from day one, alongside more than 100 institutional and ecosystem builders. Circle also confirmed it completed the genesis mint of 10B $ARC tokens this week, though a public token launch remains undecided.
Founding validators joining in phases include BlackRock, DTCC, ICE, Mastercard, and Visa; users pay gas fees in USDC with sub-second finality.
