Real Finance completes the first securities tokenization pilot & institutional $ASSET swap

REAL has completed its first securities tokenization pilot, creating an on-chain representation of 35,714,286 existing warrants issued by Alpha Bulgaria AD.

Alpha has also acquired $ASSET through a bilateral OTC swap, exchanging a portion of the underlying warrant position for REAL’s network utility token.
