Real Finance has tokenized Alpha Bulgaria AD warrants under its deal with Factori AD

The deal uses existing listed securities rather than synthetic wrappers, held in regulated custody at Central Depository AD and Bank of New York, with Real handling tokenization and settlement.

Secondary trading is not yet live, as the pilot validates lifecycle operations before the $100M+ pipeline is drawn down.
