​​Real Finance unveils the details of its agreement with Factori AD

The deal with the EU regulated broker activates a committed $100M+ pipeline within a broader $500M+ in tradable RWAs. Factori will swap 5% of the publicly traded assets in Real's pilot for $ASSET, the tokens it needs to run as a business entity validator on the network.

The first assets are warrants tied to Alpha Bulgaria AD (ALFB), tokenized on Base ahead of Real's Layer 1 mainnet, with custody split between Bank of New York and Bulgaria's Central Depository.
