​​Backpack announces its token launch and IPO plans

The firm will divide its token launch into three phases, including TGE, Pre-IPO, and Post-IPO epochs. At launch, 250M tokens will be airdropped to points and Mad Lads NFT holders (240M and 10M tokens respectively). Unlocks for the remaining supply are tied to growth milestones such as regulatory traction, product expansion, broader market reach, and a future U.S. IPO.
