Tonight, both Poland 🇵🇱 and Latvia 🇱🇻 took local measures against approaching aerial threats

For the first time and despite multiple attacks earlier, Poland, Romania, and the Baltic states finally started acting against drones approaching or violating their airspace.

Recently, the Polish alert system finally started ringing before drones approached the border with Ukraine and not after. Now, fighter jets are constantly flying to ensure a rapid response in case there is an airspace violation. For Poland, the alert is now finished, but the number of similar events will increase as Russian strikes draw closer to the west of the Ukraine.
