Clash Projects !!

Sorry abusers, exploiters it’s time to end this.

We’re finally adding support for addons. Earlier I thought keeping everything available by default was fine — let everyone enjoy lossless by default.

But that’s clearly being abused now.

I’m seeing requests from single IPs for 8–10K songs, with people downloading entire thousands-song playlists at once. Accounts are getting suspended continuously, backend costs are increasing, and we simply can’t keep tolerating this.

So we’re moving to strict authentication and rate limits:

• Discord or Telegram account binding (optional anyone)
• 1 account = 1K requests/day maximum
• Addons for additional functionality

And 500 requests is already massive — assuming an average song is 4 minutes, that’s 2,000 minutes of music, more than 16-18 hours of playback every single day.

This isn’t about restricting normal users. It’s about stopping abuse from idiots, before it hurts everyone.

Please don’t ruin it for everyone else.

A reminder -: LastWave has grown a lot, and we recently added features like Spatial Audio & Dolby Atmos. Keeping everything running and improving takes real effort and real costs — servers, music service accounts, domains, APIs, testing, and more.

Thanks for supporting LastWave & Clash Projects. ❤️

I know guys, 90% of you can’t differentiate FLAC and Opus with your eyes closed, yet everyone wants FLAC for streaming 😭

Then you download 1,000 FLAC songs and exploit the backend. Kids, I’m crying.

So I’m thinking of adding a smart output detector in LastWave. It’ll check your current audio output for Hi-Res, Dolby, supported DACs/codecs, etc.

No suitable Hi-Res output? → Opus.

Compatible IEM/DAC/Hi-Res setup? → FLAC.

Same for downloads u need to insert IEM/DAC/Hi-Res setup for enabling flac downloads . This means less useless FLAC traffic and fewer complaints, while I can focus on users actually using proper audio hardware.

Don’t cry kids, it’s just ragebait. I know you’ll still want FLAC while listening through your phone speaker. 💀

I realised there’s no limit to perfection.

The more you build, the more you notice.
The more you improve, the more there is to improve.
And every time you think it’s finally finished, you find another way to make it better.

So finally...

How many tracks do you guys have? 😋😋

🥹🥹🥹 Literally.

Guys, it’s gotten pretty late and everyone’s probably asleep now 😭

I can’t push the update right now because once it goes live, I need to stay around and monitor the backend for the sudden traffic increase, handle the incoming feedback, and respond to everyone’s queries across Telegram and Discord.

Sorry for making it this late. I’ve got everything ready, and I’ll push the update in the morning and properly stay around for it.

Good night everyone ❤️
