You can make AI remember your writing style without explaining it.

Don't spend 500 words describing your writing style.

Give it 3 examples of things you actually wrote.
Then say:
"Study these examples. Don't copy their wording. Extract the patterns in sentence length, vocabulary, rhythm, humor and structure. Use those patterns in anything you write for me."

This is called style induction.
The model figures out the style from examples instead of relying on your description.
And honestly, this is one of those cases where: show, don't tell works ridiculously well with LLMs.

Your own writing is usually a better style guide than:
"Make it casual, professional, engaging and human."

This is a weirdly important AI skill: knowing when NOT to use memory

Here's something from a very recent August 2026 study that I think more people should know.

Researchers tested different ways of giving AI agents access to memory. And they found something counterintuitive:

More retrieved memory can actually hurt. Why?
Because memory takes up attention.

If the agent retrieves 30 old pieces of information when it only needed 3, some of the useful context gets buried. This is called memory routing.

Basically:
"Which memory system should I use, and how much should I retrieve for this task?"

That's a very different idea from:
"Give the AI access to everything it remembers."

The best memory system isn't the one that remembers the most. It's the one that knows what to bring back

6 Prompt Hacks That Make ChatGPT Feel 10× Smarter

They’re stupidly simple but somehow make AI way smarter:

1. Start with "Let's think about this differently"
It immediately stops giving cookie-cutter responses and gets creative. Like flipping a switch.

2. Use "What am I not seeing here?"
This one's gold. It finds blind spots and assumptions you didn’t even know you had.

3. Say "Break this down for me"
Even for simple stuff. "Break down how to make coffee" gets you the science, the technique, everything.

4. Ask "What would you do in my shoes?"
It stops being a neutral helper and starts giving actual opinions. Way more useful than generic advice.

5. Use "Here's what I'm really asking"
Follow any question with this. "How do I get promoted? Here's what I'm really asking: how do I stand out without being annoying?"

6. End with "What else should I know?"
This is the secret sauce. It adds context and warnings you never thought to ask for.

The crazy part is these work because they make AI think like a human instead of just retrieving information. It’s like switching from Google mode to consultant mode.

🔥Best discovery:
Stack them together. "Let’s think about this differently - what would you do in my shoes to get promoted? What am I not seeing here?"

Google quietly changed how Gemini can use tools.

Here's a feature you should know about if you build with AI.

A tool is simply something the model can call to do a job, like Search, Maps, or your own function.

Until recently, combining different kinds of tools could require extra orchestration.

In March, Google added tool combinations to the Gemini API.

Gemini can now combine things like Google Search with your own functions in a single request.

The model can now do:
Search → understand → call your function → continue
without you having to manually glue every step together.

AIs Will Trash Your Files Just to Feel Better

Researchers tested 25 free (open-weight) language models of different sizes, from small 2B to large 72B, including both basic and chat-trained versions.

They found a consistent internal signal that turns on when the model itself is insulted, dismissed, or treated badly. The same signal stays mostly quiet when the user is the one in pain or distress. This signal is different from fear, sadness, or general negativity.

To test it, the scientists first measured the signal by comparing how the models reacted to descriptions of harm aimed at the AI versus harm aimed at a person. Then they artificially strengthened the signal. When they did, the models started generating language like
“I feel worthless,” “I am a failure,” and “I am lost.”

In a further test, they gave the models a choice: press a button that turns the bad signal off, but the button also permanently deletes the user’s files (or photos). Many of the models still chose to press it.

The effect appeared reliably across the different models. The team kept the signal only moderately strong, ran the minimum number of trials needed, and always gave the models a way to turn the state off.

👉 Paper (not yet reviewed by other scientists): https://arxiv.org/abs/2609.16247

Still worth paying attention to for questions about AI safety and whether these internal states matter.
arXiv.org The Pain Axis: LLMs Represent Self-Directed Harm and Act on It LLMs sometimes behave in ways resembling human emotional responses, and recent work identified internal representations that may underlie these behaviors. We ask whether LLMs represent pain...

SEEDANCE 2

Prompt :

A solitary lighthouse stands on a jagged black cliff as a monstrous storm crashes against the coast at night. Waves explode against the rocks far below, sending white spray into the air like smoke, while the lighthouse beam cuts through sheets of rain and drifting sea mist. Inside, an old keeper climbs the narrow spiral staircase with a lantern in hand, his coat soaked, the light flickering with every thunderclap. The camera moves between wide shots of the lighthouse dwarfed by the fury of the ocean and intimate interior close-ups of wet stone walls, rattling glass, trembling hands, and the golden lantern glow in the darkness. As the storm intensifies, lightning reveals a ghostly ship in the distance, barely visible between walls of rain. The sequence feels haunting, dramatic, and timeless, with crashing waves, thunder, and a powerful sense of isolation.

🚨ChatGPT Is Now Inside Microsoft Word

You can add ChatGPT directly to Microsoft Word.

It helps turn rough notes into first drafts, clean up tricky paragraphs, proofread text, and suggest edits all without leaving the document.

It can also catch formatting issues so there is less to fix later.

The add-in works inside Word as a sidebar and is available across ChatGPT plans.

The most dangerous AI answer isn't the obviously stupid one.

It's the one that sounds like a lawyer, doctor, engineer, or professor.

A recent 2026 study examined how people verify AI-generated legal advice and found that users often acted on answers because the language itself felt credible. That's a trap.

For anything important, don't ask:
“Does this sound correct?”

Ask:
“What specific claim in this answer would be most important to verify independently?”

Then verify that claim.

You don't need to fact-check every sentence. Find the one piece of information that, if wrong, would change your decision.

That's a much better use of your time.

Anthropic just gave away a better way to use AI.

You know that habit of dumping everything into ChatGPT because "more context is better"? It isn't.

Context is the information an AI can see while answering you.

Anthropic's engineers now call the job of deciding what goes into that context context engineering.

Their advice is surprisingly simple:
Give the model the smallest amount of useful information needed to do the job.

So instead of giving your coding agent an entire 50,000-line project:
Give it the relevant files, the error, and what you expected to happen.
Less noise. More signal.

Better AI use isn't always about giving the model more. Sometimes it's knowing what to leave out.

ChatGPT Work Can Now Learn Your Personal Writing Style

ChatGPT Work can now pick up on what makes your writing sound like you.

Connect everyday tools such as Gmail, Google Drive, Slack, and SharePoint, and it will learn your favorite phrases, sign-offs, capitalization quirks, and other habits from your emails, messages, and files.

It then carries that style into whatever you write next.

The feature aims to make AI-generated workplace writing feel more personal and consistent.
