در نکاتی که استاد محترم اشاره کردند مشخص شده است. DTR مختل است، افتالموپلژی دارند. که بیمار ما نداشت.

Miller-Fisher syndrome is a variant of ♻️Guillain-Barré syndrome, characterized by ♻️acute ataxia, areflexia and ophthalmoplegia, usually with a preceding infection. ♻️CSF shows protein cytological dissociation,
♻️brain MRI is normal and the anti-GQ1b antibody may be positive♻️

Current evidence suggests that a dorsal root antibody attack may explain the cerebellar ataxia.
