Due to our IP provider's last-minute email announcing the cessation of IP supply after the contract expires, we have been forced to change the IPs in the UK region. We have urgently leased new IPs to replace them, in order to provide you with a better service experience.
We are currently announcing the new IP addresses. Please pay attention to email notifications. Thank you for your patience.
Affected IPs will be indicated in a pop-up notification on the product details page of our website. You can also click the "Change IP" button for a one-click change. The system will automatically assign you a new IP. Your instance will be restarted once to configure the new IP, but data will not be affected.
If your system has been targeted by a DDoS attack, you will need to manually edit the network interface card configuration via VNC after clicking "Change IP".
If you did not manually change the IP before the contract expires on 05/21/2026, we will automatically change it for you on 05/21/2026.

We have received notification from our upstream data center that, in order to facilitate network architecture optimization and infrastructure upgrades, we will be migrating the entire data center where our Singapore Standard node is located. This adjustment aims to improve the node's stability, network performance, and future scalability, providing users with a more reliable service experience.

Maintenance Start May 9, 2026, 10:00 AM (UTC+8)
Estimated End May 9, 2026, 22:00 PM (UTC+8)

Impact Description:

During the maintenance period, services related to the Singapore node will experience a prolonged interruption.

九年 Linux 高危漏洞于今日被披露，需要立即采取措施

安全研究公司 Xint Code（隶属 Theori）于今日公开披露了一个 Linux 内核高危漏洞，编号 为 CVE-2026-31431 命名为"Copy Fail"。漏洞根植于内核加密子系统的 algif_aead 模块，允许任何本地普通用户以确定性、无竞争的方式在任意可读文件的页缓存中写入受控的 4 字节数据，并借此将自身权限提升至 root，可以实现本地提权与容器逃逸。

漏洞成因是三个独立内核变更在 2017 年的交汇：

1. 2011 年引入的 authencesn 模块使用调用方的目标 scatterlist 作为 IPsec 扩展序列号字节重排的临时暂存区；
2. 2015 年 AF\_ALG 套接字获得 AEAD 支持，splice()路径得以将文件页缓存页直接注入 scatterlist；
3. 2017 年的一次性能优化将解密操作改为 in-place 模式，通过 sg_chain()将页缓存页链入了可写的输出 scatterlist。三者单独看均合理，叠加后却让 authencesn 的越界暂存写入直接落在内核缓存的文件页上。

影响范围覆盖几乎所有使用 2017 年后内核版本的主流发行版，包括 Ubuntu 24.04 LTS、Amazon Linux 2023、RHEL、SUSE 及其衍生版本；云端多租户节点、CI/CD 执行环境与 Jupyter 平台同样面临威胁。

官方修复方案将 algif_aead 的 in-place 操作回退为 out-of-place，彻底断绝页缓存页进入可写 scatterlist 的路径。对于用户来讲，应对策略为立即升级并重启内核。

We will be replacing some of the IP addresses in the Japan Standard, Singapore Standard, Los Angeles, Los Angeles 2, Hong Kong Lite and Hong Kong Standard regions with our own IP addresses in order to provide you with a better service experience.
We will be rolling out the replacement in batches, so please be patient if your region has not yet been updated.
For affected IPs, you will see a pop-up notification on the product details page of our website. You may also click the ‘Change IP’ button to switch to a new IP with a single click. The system will automatically assign you a new IP. Please note that your instance will be restarted once during the IP change to configure the new IP; your data will not be affected.
If your system has been down, you will need to click ‘Change IP’ and then manually edit the network card configuration via VNC to resolve the issue.

We have detected a memory failure on one node (Node: GBC) within the United Kingdom region, resulting in a kernel crash and continuous reboots. We have redeployed a new instance node and will progressively migrate affected instances to this new node within the same region. During migration, your instances may experience brief periods of unavailability. The duration of migration will depend on the disk size of your instance. 近期，我们监测到有部分用户反映其使用的 IP 地址在第三方数据库中被标注为“高风险”。针对此情况，我司技术团队已完成深度排查，现向各位说明如下：

产生原因： 经查，由于前几日我司基础设施遭受大规模 DDoS 攻击，攻击者采用了伪造源 IP 的手段。在攻击期间，网络边界设备在进行防御拦截时产生了大量反向包（Backscatter），导致被部分安全监测节点误判为主动扫描行为。
当前进展： 我们已正式向主要地理位置服务商提交了误报申诉（False Positive Report），要求其清理历史错误数据。
影响说明： 此标注仅为第三方数据库的历史记录误报，不影响您的正常业务使用及服务器本身安全性。

Recently, we have detected that some users have reported their IP addresses being marked as "high-risk" in third-party databases. Our technical team has conducted an in-depth investigation into this matter and would like to provide the following explanation:

Cause: Investigation revealed that our company's infrastructure suffered a large-scale DDoS attack a few days prior, with attackers using spoofed source IP addresses. During the attack, network boundary devices generated a large number of backscatter packets during defense and interception, which were mistakenly identified as active scanning behavior by some security monitoring nodes.
Current progress: We have formally submitted a False Positive Report to the major geolocation service provider, requesting them to clean up the historical erroneous data.
Impact Explanation: This label is merely a false alarm based on historical data from a third-party database and does not affect your normal business operations or the security of the server itself.
