Notice Regarding Emergency Power System Maintenance and Redundancy Degradation for the German Data Center

Dear Users:
We have received notification from our upstream data center that some server racks' PDU power supplies will be replaced on Apr 2, 13:00 - 16:00 CEST (Apr 2, 19:00 - 22:00 UTC+8). This requires unplanned power maintenance and equipment relocation. As a result, some dedicated servers will face the risk of downtime or power redundancy failure.


Maintenance Time: April 2, 2026, 19:00 - 22:00 (UTC+8) / Apr 2, 13:00 - 16:00 CEST

Affected Nodes: All servers in the German region

Estimated Time: Actual power outage operation is expected to last 45 - 90 minutes

Maintenance Time: April 9, 2026, 15:30 - 18:30 (UTC+8) / Apr 9, 09:30 - 12:30 CEST
