❗️Western diplomats say they intend to remain in Kiev, arguing that an evacuation would hand Moscow a propaganda victory and fuel the perception that the West is abandoning Ukraine.
At the same time, two senior diplomats told The Guardian that contingency plans are being prepared to move some embassies to Lvov or eastern Poland if Russian attacks intensifies.
“The situation is obviously deteriorating fast,” one diplomat said.
