❗️Poland’s Defense Ministry is preparing legislation that would introduce a “pre-war” defense-readiness phase before the formal declaration of martial law.
The proposed law would allow Polish and allied forces to be deployed earlier, integrate national defense plans with NATO systems, and prepare critical infrastructure for a higher state of readiness.
Warsaw says the measures are aimed at responding to hybrid threats, cyberattacks and disinformation.
