The film that regularly comes up in our discussions. A timeless classic of science fiction, demonstrating a masterful command of cinematic language, the first of its kind in cyberpunk, and simply beautiful intelligent cinema. Based on Philip K. Dick's novel "Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?"

At the center of the plot is the story of detective Rick Deckard from the special department of the Los Angeles police, forced to track down and destroy escaped replicants—humanoid biobots artificially created to perform heavy and dangerous work.

The film exists in seven versions, of which two are considered basic: the original version with a happy ending (1982), which was poorly received by film critics and failed at the box office, and the director's version with an open ending (1992), which, according to a survey of sixty scientists conducted by the British newspaper "The Guardian," was recognized as the best science fiction film in history. We will be showing the final cut, which includes the director's cut plus a few additional scenes.

Фильм, регулярно всплывающий у нас во время обсуждений. Нестареющая классика фантастики, демонстрирующая филигранное владение киноязыком, первый в своём роде образец киберпанка и просто красивое умное кино. Cнят по мотивам романа Филипа Дика «Мечтают ли андроиды об электроовцах?»

В центре сюжета история детектива из специального отдела полиции Лос-Анджелеса Рика Декарда, вынужденного разыскивать и уничтожать сбежавших репликантов — человекоподобных биороботов, искусственно созданных для выполнения тяжёлых и опасных работ.

Фильм существует в семи версиях, из которых базовыми считаются две — оригинальная версия с хэппи-эндом (1982), которая была плохо принята кинокритиками и провалилась в прокате, и режиссёрская версия с открытым финалом (1992), которая, согласно опросу шестидесяти учёных, проведённому британской газетой «The Guardian», была признана лучшим научно-фантастическим фильмом в истории. Мы будем показывать последнюю - так называемый final cut, включающую в себя режиссёрскую + ещё несколько кадров.
