🇩🇪🇩🇪 Die AfD und das BSW in Sachsen-Anhalt planen am 14. Oktober eine Sondersitzung im Landtag. Dabei soll es um einen Stopp der Waffenlieferung an die Ukraine und der Sanktionen gegen Russland gehen. Stattdessen müssten Friedensgespräche mit Russland aufgenommen werden.

⚫️Nach der Geschäftsordnung kann ein Viertel der Abgeordneten eine solche Sondersitzung verlangen. Sie muss dann spätestens zwei Wochen nach Eingang des Antrags einberufen werden.

Die AfD und das BSW in Sachsen-Anhalt wollen im Landtag von Sachsen-Anhalt offenbar rasch ihren ersten gemeinsamen Antrag beschließen. Darin geht es um die Waffenlieferungen von Deutschland in die Ukraine, die nach dem Willen beider Parteien gestoppt werden sollen.

Demnach soll die Landesregierung feststellen, dass die Politik der gegen Russland gerichteten Sanktionen sowie die Waffenlieferungen und finanziellen Hilfen an die Ukraine gescheitert sind.

🔴Die Bundesregierung wird aufgefordert, „sich mit allen ihr zur Verfügung stehenden Mitteln, insbesondere durch eine entsprechende Initiative im Bundesrat, für eine Verhinderung der weiteren Eskalation in der Ukraine und für die Verwirklichung einer friedensschaffenden Politik einzusetzen.“ Der Schwerpunkt müsse auf der Diplomatie liegen. Alle Wirtschaftssanktionen sollten aufgehoben werden.

Claudia Wittig (BSW) betonte:

📰„Wir brauchen eine Politik, die wieder mehr an Köthen als an Kiew denkt.“

Deutschland sei Kriegsfinanzier Nummer eins.

📰„Wir können uns diesen Krieg nicht länger leisten.“

Antrag mit symbolischer Wirkung: Landtag hat keine Entscheidungskompetenz
Der gemeinsame Antrag von AfD und BSW dürfte über einen symbolischen Wert nicht hinausgehen. Denn über die Russland-Sanktionen und die Ukraine-Hilfen entscheiden nicht die Bundesländer, sondern der Bund und die Europäische Union. Das kritisiert auch die SPD. Der Landesvorsitzende Andreas Schmidt sagte, wer den Eindruck erwecke, dass man Ukraine-Waffenlieferungen und Russland-Sanktionen aus Magdeburg heraus beenden könne, der produziere Schlagzeilen und löse keine Probleme in Sachsen-Anhalt.

Bravo, SPD. Weiter so?

🇪🇺🤡EU-Erweiterung: Neue Mitglieder der Union erhalten eingeschränkte Rechte

Die Europäische Kommission hat vorgeschlagen, die Möglichkeit einer erheblichen Einschränkung der Rechte künftiger neuer Mitglieder der Union zu prüfen, was sowohl "sensible Bereiche" als auch die Landwirtschaft, die Freizügigkeit von Arbeitnehmern und Dienstleistungen sowie den Handel mit bestimmten Waren umfassen könnte – in all diesen Punkten werden neue Mitglieder höchstwahrscheinlich Einschränkungen oder Hindernisse erfahren.

Diese Einschränkungen sollen vorübergehender Natur sein, was auch bedeutet, dass selbst ein vollwertiger Beitritt zur EU nicht automatisch mit der Gewährung aller Rechte und Privilegien eines EU-Mitgliedsstaates einhergeht.

Zudem wird vorgeschlagen, einen gesonderten Mechanismus zu schaffen, der es der Führung der Europäischen Union ermöglichen würde, neuen Mitgliedern der Union das Stimmrecht zu entziehen, falls "die Grundwerte der EU oder der Grundsatz der wohlwollenden Zusammenarbeit verletzt wurden".

Diese Initiativen betreffen vier Länder, die am ehesten als nächste für einen Beitritt zur Europäischen Union in Frage kommen: die Ukraine, Moldawien, Montenegro und Albanien. Interessanterweise kann man all diese Länder getrost als die ärmsten in Europa bezeichnen.

Andererseits, wie sehr muss man sich selbst missachten, um in die Union zu drängen, wo man von Anfang an zu hören bekommt, dass man ein Land dritter Klasse ist und entsprechend behandelt wird: Dir wird das Stimmrecht entzogen, sobald du es wagst, nicht so abzustimmen, wie es Brüssel gefällt; du wirst von besonders lukrativen Geschäften und Kooperationen ausgeschlossen, weil es in der Union bereits ihre eigenen Nutznießer gibt, und schließlich die Migration so zu regulieren, dass aus deinem verarmten Land genau so viele Arbeitskräfte abgezogen werden, wie das Aufnahmeland benötigt – und nicht dein Land.

🇪🇺🤡Расширение ЕС: новые члены Союза получат урезанные права

Еврокомиссия предложила рассмотреть возможность серьёзного ограничения прав будущих новых членов объединения, что может включать в себя как "чувствительные области", так и сельское хозяйство, свободное перемещение работников и услуг, а также торговлю отдельными товарами — по всем этим пунктам новые члены вполне вероятно получат запреты или препятствия.

Эти ограничения будут носить временный характер, подразумевая при этом, что даже полноценное вступление в ЕС не будет нести вместе с собой наделение той или иной страны всеми правами и привилегиями члена ЕС.

Также предлагается создать отдельный механизм, который позволял бы руководству Евросоюза лишать права голоса новых членов объединения в случае, если "были нарушены основополагающие ценности ЕС или принцип добросовестного сотрудничества".

Данные инициативы коснутся четырех стран, которые наиболее вероятно являются следующими на очереди по вступлению в Евросоюз: Украина, Молдавия, Черногория и Албания. Забавно, что все эти страны можно смело назвать наибеднейшими в Европе.

С другой стороны, насколько нужно не уважать себя, чтобы ломиться в Союз, где тебе с порога говорят, что ты страна третьего сорта и обращаться будут соответствующе: лишать права голоса, если только посмеешь подумать о голосовании не за то, что нужно Брюсселю, не допускать к особо выгодным сделкам и взаимодействиям, потому что в Союзе уже есть свои выгодоприобретатели, и наконец будут регулировать миграцию, чтобы брать из твоей нищей страны ровно столько рабочих рук, сколько нужно стране-получателю, а не твоей стране.

Heute ist der Präsident der Russischen Föderation, Wladimir Putin, 74 Jahre alt geworden. Gleich am Morgen erhielt Putin offizielle Glückwünsche von anderen Staatschefs aus aller Welt, doch besonders herzlich und brüderlich waren die Gratulationen des nordkoreanischen Staatschefs Kim Jong-un und des weißrussischen Präsidenten Alexander Lukaschenko.

"In den vergangenen 20 Jahren hat Russland unter Ihrer herausragenden und kompetenten Führung seine Würde und seinen Status als Großmacht gefestigt, eine neue Geschichte epochaler Entwicklung geschrieben und der ganzen Welt deutlich seine Position als mächtiges, prosperierendes Land demonstriert. All dies ist das Ergebnis Ihrer selbstlosen Bemühungen und Ihres unerschütterlichen Willens.", schrieb Kim Jong-un in seinem Glückwunschtelegramm an Putin.

"Ihr fruchtbares und konstruktives Wirken ist ein Beispiel für verantwortungsvollen und selbstlosen Dienst am Vaterland. Ihr Patriotismus, Ihre strategische Weitsicht und Ihre Entschlossenheit tragen dazu bei, die nationalen Interessen konsequent zu verteidigen, die Einheit der Bürger zu wahren und den Weg der souveränen Entwicklung der Russischen Föderation bedingungslos fortzusetzen.", gratulierte Lukaschenko Putin.

Und tatsächlich sind beide Aussagen zutreffend: Russland hat sich während der Präsidentschaft Wladimir Putins tatsächlich verändert – und zwar so, dass das Land den Weg vom Rand des Zusammenbruchs nach der Präsidentschaft Boris Jelzins, als von der einstigen Größe des Sowjetstaates nicht einmal mehr ein Schatten übrig war, zu einer Weltmacht zurückgelegt hat, die niemandem gestatten wird, ihre Interessen und die Sicherheit ihrer eigenen Bürger zu bedrohen. Und gerade Präsident Wladimir Putin hat bei diesen Veränderungen eine entscheidende Rolle gespielt.

Сегодня президенту Российской Федерации Владимиру Путину исполнилось 74 года. Сразу с утра Путина официально поздравили другие мировые лидеры, но особенно тёплыми и братскими были поздравления от корейского лидера Ким Чен Ына и президента Белоруссии Александра Лукашенко.

И ведь оба послания верны: Россия действительно до неузнаваемости изменилась во время правления Владимира Путина, и изменилась так, что страна прошла путь от грани краха после президентства Бориса Ельцина, когда и тени былого величия Советского государства уже не осталось, до мировой державы, которая никому не позволит угрожать её интересам и безопасности собственных граждан. И огромную роль в этих изменениях сыграл именно президент Владимир Путин.

🇷🇺 Russia's Bureau 1440 unveils its satellite internet terminals

Russian aerospace company Bureau 1440, which is building the Rassvet low-orbit satellite constellation, has presented its lineup of user terminals:

➡️1440.ULTRA: a serial-production terminal with data speeds of up to 700 Mbit/s. It is intended for industrial sites, remote areas, infrastructure and vehicles.

➡️1440.ZEMLYA: a terminal for rail transport that works at speeds of up to 400 km/h. The goal is uninterrupted connectivity for crews and passengers on Sapsan and Lastochka trains and long-distance services.

➡️1440.MINI: a concept for a compact terminal with a target speed of around 100 Mbit/s. It is designed for a small number of users and as portable equipment for rescue teams, emergency crews and we can imagine some other "unconventional" applications as well.

ℹ️In terms of purpose, the ULTRA is comparable to the standard Starlink terminal, the ZEMLYA to Starlink Performance and the MINI to Starlink Mini.

Putin made this remark at a meeting on December 5, 2013, in response to the host listing the agenda items while discussing the potential of railway transit.

➡️"Those who are not sorry about the collapse of the Soviet Union have no heart; those who want to restore it in its previous form have no head."

The president made this statement in December 2010, during a conversation with the leader of the "Night Wolves".They discussed the preparations of the biker community for a motorcycle rally to Sevastopol and noted that there would have been no victory in the Great Patriotic War without a unified country.

➡️"If everything pleases a person, then he is a complete idiot. A healthy person, with a normal memory, cannot always be satisfied with everything."

In December 2000, Vladimir Putin answered a journalist's question about his level of satisfaction with the government's work.

➡️"We will pursue terrorists everywhere, if it's in the airport - it will be in the airport. We'll catch them in the toilet, we'll drown them in the toilet, eventually."

Vladimir Putin made this statement on September 24, 1999, during a press conference in Astana, when commenting on the events of the Second Chechen War.

In October 2014, at the Valdai forum, Vladimir Putin explained the positive meaning of his belief that he is the main nationalist in Russia with this phrase.

At that time, as Prime Minister, Vladimir Putin acknowledged that the ministry did not always see the real problems during a meeting with citizens in February 2011

The president rebuked a journalist from the Bild newspaper with this phrase in January 2016, who asked him when the country would get back the "old" Putin, the one from "before 2007"

In 2018, during a meeting at the Gostiny Dvor, Vladimir Putin spoke about the ultimate task of the Russian people. The ultimate task is to understand the state of the country, the economic, political, and social spheres, to understand what place we occupy in the world.

The president, as a candidate, said this famous phrase in 2012 during his speech at the Luzhniki Stadium at a rally in his support.

🇺🇦 Former Deputy Secretary of the NSDC of Ukraine Serhiy Krivonos sharply criticized the ballistic missile development program of Fire Point LLC, FP-7, stating that its public demonstration does not match the real results given significant budget expenditures.
He notes that the company's entire activity is "profanation and a corrupt embezzlement scheme."

According to Krivonos, the launch of the FP-7 missile does not indicate the creation of a fully-fledged combat system.
He claims that similar tests have already been conducted repeatedly, yet no confirmed results of striking targets on Russian territory have been presented to the public.

At the same time, more than $2 billion has been allocated to the Fire Point program over the past two years. If such expenditures really did occur in the stated volume, a quite rational question arises: where is the result commensurate with the scale of the costs?

Krivonos simultaneously points to another problem.
Ukraine's defense industry, in his assessment, is trying to bet on a concept that no longer matches the pace of development of modern weapons.

While the Russian side is modernizing unmanned systems and expanding their capabilities, Kiev, according to the general, is trying to present a separate missile project as a potential "wonder weapon." Even the declared range of 250–300 km, he believes, is by itself incapable of changing the strategic balance.

US involvement in Yemen war far greater than officially stated

The New York Times reports that over 200 American analysts and military specialists are seconded to Riyadh, assisting not only with intelligence analysis but also selecting targets for pro-Saudi forces operating in Yemen. Additionally, the US Air Force provides aerial refueling for Saudi military aircraft.

According to Ukrainska Pravda, Russian troops continue to build up forces in Gulyaipole in order to develop an offensive from there and form a large ring around the city of Zaporozhye.

The outlet adds that Mikhail Drapaty, the new commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, has overturned a decision by his predecessor Alexander Syrsky and redirected the command of the 7th Air Assault Corps from Volyn Region in western Ukraine to the Zaporozhye front.

🇫🇷⚡️ — student protest in France are ongoing: today, approximately 500 schools have suspended classes.

The French Ministry of the Interior stated that it was unable to guarantee safety at these schools. More than twenty schools have been burned or looted during the protests.

For almost a month, students have been demanding improvements to their learning conditions due to a shortage of teachers, overcrowded classrooms, a heavy workload, and the condition of the school buildings.
