Claude Sonnet 5.5 is out — Anthropic's new everyday model. According to benchmarks, it turned out to be stronger than GPT-6 Sol and almost on par with Opus 5.5.

It works equally well with code, documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and is noted for its "good taste in design." During testing, it was praised at Epic Games, Unity, and even SpaceXAI.
The price compared to Sonnet 5 remains the same. But they promise 30% faster response generation and up to 30% savings in token usage.
