The Ukies have been “sowing” residential areas of Donetsk with PFM-1 anti-personnel mines for several days now, using MLRS BM-27 Uragan for this. Thousands of mines have been dropped on the city, there is no military sense in this, children, old folks and pets are getting killed or maimed. Miraculously, conscientious Western media manage to ignore this. Last week the Ukies were using white phosphor on the same residential areas, there're dozens of videos (even YouTube can't delete them all, though the bastards are doing their best) - same reaction.
