For everyone who had any such issues with exchanges in Zeeves - we have fixed this functionality. This was the set of issues, the root of everything was our exchange provider, who temporarily delisted ZIL -> USDT pair, which we used as intermediate step for exchange. We have switched to another provider with almost the same exchange rate, so that you as users should not see any difference.

We have also released capability of exchanging EUR -> USDT, USDT -> EUR. These swaps are instant, without any wait time or delay. So that now we have 4 exchange directions (see screenshot below).
