For everyone who had any such issues with exchanges in Zeeves - we have fixed this functionality. This was the set of issues, the root of everything was our exchange provider, who temporarily delisted ZIL -> USDT pair, which we used as intermediate step for exchange. We have switched to another provider with almost the same exchange rate, so that you as users should not see any difference.

We have also released capability of exchanging EUR -> USDT, USDT -> EUR. These swaps are instant, without any wait time or delay. So that now we have 4 exchange directions (see screenshot below).

Hi everyone!

Just a quick follow-up, for those who wondered how our ZIL <-> EUR exchanges work - we exchange Zilliqa to Euro and backwards via intermediate stablecoin (currently using USDT), for all bank users USDT account is created under custody of our EMI partner.

We have received some complaints about exchanges not so long ago of the following kind - Zilliqa was sent, but EUR has not been received. We have made several improvements in this direction:

1) We added USDT balance. If Zilliqa is gone - this means that money has been sent to our exchange partner, and it's exchange automatically to your USDT account, so no money is lost. To show that - we have added USDT balance to Main Menu of the bot. Later we will add opportunity to exchange between EUR and USDT and to spend USDT from your cards directly, if you will wish to do that.

2) We have fixed notifications, which come during exchanges between USDT and EUR accounts as intermediate process from ZIL <-> EUR exchange. Before there were incorrect amounts of debit/credit displayed in notifications

3) We have removed checks that before were making exchanges problematic and stuck (i.e. "Transaction Failed", but money is gone in fact). This should never ever happen. But let me know if it does - we will fix the problem as soon as possible.

We will keep improving the bot and I will let you know about the updates we have as soon as we have them.
