🌀 ABOUT DOGS
Not a scam. Not the end. Just wait...

😌 DOGS is a meme-format crypto token on the TON blockchain, inspired by dog culture and Telegram culture, including Spotty — the mascot created by Pavel Durov.

😎 It’s an attempt to build the most Telegram-native meme project, using TON/Telegram’s massive audience to bring crypto to the masses through memes, stickers, and airdrops.

🤓 In September 2024, DOGS set a record for the number of participants in its Token Generation Event (TGE) — over 17 million users received tokens in the shortest time.

🤩 The scale of the DOGS listing and liquidity support indicate that there is serious capital behind the project — a level of funding that is not accessible to a typical meme project without insider or infrastructural backing.

😎 The project isn’t just creating another token — it’s trying to embed crypto directly into Telegram’s culture, where people live, communicate, share memes, play, and create content.

🥺 But after that, things didn’t go so smoothly…

🤓 DOGS launched too wide and too fast.
A massive airdrop brought reach, but gave no real reason to hold the token. People did the logical thing — they sold.

🤩 Instead of stabilizing the economy first and explaining why DOGS actually matters, the project moved forward and started releasing huge amounts of NFT stickers. Result? Inflation vibes instead of hype.

🍺 When the token was falling and NFTs weren’t selling, the team focused on image marketing: videos, branding, flashy activities. Visually — great. But for the community, it looked like the project was living its own life, while people were left behind.

🤩 DOGS is a textbook example of a project with insane starting potential that chose scale over sustainable economics and community trust.

😎 Not a scam. Not the end.
Just proof: marketing without trust doesn’t work — and memes without meaning die fast.

🚨 BUT…

😵‍💫 DOGS is doing a lot to onboard crypto newbies and push the TON ecosystem forward. They’ve got brand, team, money, fanbase, recognition, and time to fix mistakes.

🤙 Project is still young.
Time will decide what DOGS really becomes

😎 CHIMPERS COMMUNITY INSIDE TG

🥺 I didn’t have much time to fully dive into the chat and feel its vibe, but to write this post, I read everything that happened there over the past three weeks.

😎 Overall, this is a solid example of community-building driven by both believers and the project itself.

😌 What I noticed after studying their chat:
🟣 Chimpers co-founder is very active in the chat and communicates a lot- this clearly shows that the project is focused on growing both the community and the product
🟣 There are real believers in the project who regularly buy stickers and support the floor
🟣 The chat is quite active despite the current market situation
🟣 There is an OTC section
🟣 There are creative threads (meme bank) and a “Sticker Ideas x Suggestions” thread — which is great, as founders actually listen to the community

😎 Final take:
This is a community that is being built steadily and organically around the project and is clearly moving in the right direction (in my opinion).

😈 OLIVER X JACOB TIMPERLEY
The perfect duo of artist and producer.

😎 Chimpers was founded by twin brothers Oliver “Timpers” Timperley and Jacob Timperley — a duo of artist and strategist who turned a pixel NFT project into a full-scale Web2 brand with millions of followers and real-world licensing.

😌 Oliver Timperley (Timpers)
Founder x Creative Director

🤓 An artist and the creator of Chimpers’ visual DNA. Timpers is a classic example of an artist who caught the moment. He didn’t stick to fan art forever — he turned his skill into his own IP.

😌 Jacob Timperley
Co-Founder x Head of Community x Strategy

😈 If Timpers is the artist, then Jacob is the producer, manager, and growth architect.

🤓 Jacob realized one thing earlier than most:
NFTs are temporary. Characters and audience are forever.

😈 He’s not building a Web3 utopia. He’s building a mass-market brand with Web3 roots.

😎 Chimpers is a rare case where an NFT project was built not by crypto natives, but by an artist and a brand strategist. That’s why it so easily stepped beyond Web3.

🐒 ABOUT CHIMPERS

🥺 Chimpers started as NFTs — but the team quickly looked beyond JPEGs: characters, brand, and mass adoption.

😎 When the market cooled, they didn’t cling to the old model.
They went long-term: socials, content, physical products, real audience.

😎 One of the few NFT projects that actually stepped into Web2 — not just talked about it.

🤩 But there’s a nuance:
They leaned hard into Web2 and partially lost their Web3 core. Not every holder wants to be just an “early fan of the brand.”

🤓 Today, Chimpers isn’t really an NFT project anymore. It’s a brand with crypto roots, testing whether it can grow beyond Web3.

🤓 Doodles community inside TG

🤩 Honestly… I don’t even know how to put this. It kinda caught me off guard, but I’ll explain why at the end.

😎 The good stuff:
🟣 Not too many threads
🟣 There’s an OTC section to buy/sell Doodles stickers so they stay inside the community
🟣 A creative zone for memes, gifs, and stickers

😎 Now the kick in the balls:
🟣 Doodles team members are in the chat, but people say they only show up when it’s time to sell another pack
🟣 The chat is basically dead — almost no activity, around 100 messages a week, sometimes even less

😢 Neutral note
One team member said:
“yes! we’re definitely looking for ways to plug them into our existing ecosystem and bridge the gap between eth holders and TON holders 🤝”
🥺 This was on Oct 9, 2025. Let’s hope it’s not just empty words.

🚨 NOTE:
These posts are written during a rough market phase — prices are down, holders are tired, many chats are quiet, and even believers are losing faith. So sticker activity is low right now, but things can change. Info is accurate at the time of writing.

🤑 The minds behind the Doodles
trinity: art × product × business

😎 From day one, it was a team where everyone knew their lane: one handles style, one builds product, one runs business.

🟣 Burnt Toast came from illustration and commercial art
🟣 Poopie and Jordan had experience in startups and crypto

😎 Breaking down the whole team makes no sense — it would take a wall of text and nobody would read it anyway. So I’m just dropping the names. If you’re really interested, there’s more than enough info in the public space.

😌 Doodles look beyond Web3. NFTs were an entry point, not the final goal.

🤩 They managed to achieve a rare thing — creating NFTs that don’t scare Web2.

👉 About DOODLES
make something

😌 Doodles launched when the market was already tired of aggressive hype (October 2021). It was a soft and calm project. At the start, Doodles were just “pretty.” Later, the team realized that wasn’t enough — and began building a brand beyond NFTs.

😎 They didn’t want to be just a collection, but more like a next-gen cartoon studio — with characters, stories, and a recognizable style.

🤩 Long story short: they tried everything — music, fashion, animation, metaverse, you name it. Sometimes it felt like they were moving faster than the market could keep up.

😎 Doodles became a symbol of “kind NFT” — a project you can show to brands and confidently bring into Web2.

😈 Today, Doodles is not hype — it’s a brand searching for its final form. They’re being studied, not just bought.

😉 MOONBIRD COMMUNITY INSIDE TG

🥺 Moonbirds have two chats:
🟣 The first one can be joined by holding 1 sticker
— this chat was created by enthusiasts

🟣 The second chat requires 10 stickers to enter
— this one was created by the official Moonbirds team

😛 The first chat was created by enthusiasts and lived for a while, but later the official chat appeared — and the first one naturally died (now you can see around ~5 people there). At the moment, it can be said that among major IPs, only Moonbirds have an official Telegram chat.

😎 This leads to a clear conclusion: the birds are planning to develop their product on TON and onboard new audiences into their ecosystem.
(Also, recently Moonbirds distributed SBTs to sticker holders, which will later affect the distribution of their future token airdrop.)

😎 In the main chat, besides the team, there are also some holders of their OG collection, which gives strong potential for the development of this community inside Telegram and for onboarding newcomers into the Moonbirds ecosystem. So if you’re interested in Moonbirds, it’s worth joining — you’ll get info straight from the source.

😌 Since the idea and ecosystem of Moonbirds are personally not very close to me, I can’t really describe the inner vibe of their chat — simply because I don’t see the point in buying that many stickers just to enter, and then instantly sell them. So the choice is yours.

🦉 KEVIN ROSE
Bridge between Web2 n Web3

🤓 Kevin Rose is not a crypto nobody. He entered NFTs already carrying trust, media experience, and a recognizable name.

😎 After his Web2 career, Kevin stepped into Web3 with the goal of rebuilding an intellectual community — this time on the blockchain.
He didn’t come for fast gains, but for a new form of an intellectual club.

😎 Moonbirds largely took off not because of the owls, but because of trust in Kevin. He always viewed NFTs as an interest-based club, not just a picture marketplace.

🤩 But not everything went smoothly:
Web3 expects decentralization, while Kevin is used to control. And here, two worlds collided.

😢 Kevin Rose is a transitional figure. A bridge between Web2 and Web3 — with all its strengths and weaknesses.

🗯 ABOUT MOONBIRDS

😌 Moonbirds launched when the NFT market had already seen hype and started to mature (April 2022). It was a collection of owls — calm, confident, without aggressive “to the moon,” but with a sense of status and long-term vision.

🥺 The project actively experimented with how NFTs could reward long-term holders. Nesting became the symbol of the philosophy: hold and grow together with the project.

🤩 Then came the turning point: the team changed their licensing approach, and part of the community perceived it as a hit to core Web3 values.

🤩 Originally, Moonbirds launched with a classic NFT license, where token holders received commercial rights to use their art. But at some point, the team said:
We’re moving the art to CC0 — now it belongs to everyone.

😛 From a Web3 philosophy perspective, it sounded beautiful: freedom, open source, creativity without limits.
But for many holders, it felt like:
The exclusivity you paid for is no longer exclusive.

😎 Moonbirds is no longer just a collection — it’s a case study of how trust can be lost because of a single decision.

🤓 BUT! The owls played it smart and leaned into Nesting — turning it into a system of loyalty, status and progression. You’re not just holding an NFT anymore — you’re upgrading your position in the ecosystem.

🤩 Sup! Admin in the flow...

🎉 So the closing posts about projects and communities are coming soon. There aren’t many major IP projects with communities left that are worth mentioning(IMHO):
🟣 Doodles
🟣 Chimpers
🟣 Dogs
🟣 Moonbirds
🟣 Flappy Bird

😈 All the texts about IPs, their founders, and communities are already done — what’s left is to finish the 🔞.jpeg for the posts, so yeah… Spam is coming

😎 And yeah… I was also busy working on the design of @ice_creators, so feel free to check out the channel’s visual identity (pfp, channel wallpapers, post templates, emoji pack).

🥺 P.S. All emojis were collected from Telegram — I didn’t draw them, just curated a set that fits the project’s style.

😎 Yo guys!

😌 Admin is alive, so it’s time to go over the updates and upcoming plans:
😈 There was supposed to be a post featuring a collab with one of the communities, but their development plans shifted a bit. So the release will come later 😵‍💫 (my part was ready before New Year, so now we’re just waiting for them to reach that step in their roadmap)
🤩 Some changes regarding the posts… There aren’t many communities and projects left that I genuinely want to talk about, and most of them aren’t as active anymore. So a big part of them (NOT ALL) will be covered without art from my side.
😎 The good news — the “community overviewphase is coming to an end, and the first like-minded people are already gathered.
🍑 After that? Yotsuba switches to the next phase.

👙 JUST WATCH.
THE NEXT STAGE IS WHERE SHIT GETS INTERESTING.

😎 BAYC COMMUNITY INSIDE TG
+bonus NY gift for community

😏 I spent enough time observing the chat and noticed these community traits:
🟣 Strong freedom of speech, as long as it doesn’t cross into personal attacks or unacceptable behavior
🟣 True believers who stay loyal to BAYC in any market condition
🟣 A fairly active chat where people discuss various topics and find like-minded folks
🟣 Periodic community-driven activities organized by enthusiasts

😈 With New Year approaching, I decided to make a small gift for active community members.

🤩 I handmade 5 BAYC heads in New Year hats:
Clay> silicone mold> plaster> sanding> primer> hand painting> varnish

😏 Before New Year, various gift activities take place in the holders’ chat, so together with the main admin @sawnotyou, we decided to give away 2 heads:
🟣 To the most active chat participant
🟣 A secret condition to keep the intrigue

😛 A LITTLE GIFT FOR HOLDERS CHAT
+step-by-step

😎 The BAYC founders are, of course, present on Telegram, and I could’ve traditionally reworked someone’s PFP. But since they’re not very active there, I decided to create a PFP specifically for the BAYC holders’ chat.

🤓 As always, I’m sharing the step-by-step process with you.

🤩 YUGA LABS
studio behind Bored Ape Yacht Club

😈 At launch, the team consisted of four anonymous co-founders:
🟣 Gargamel- considered the architect of the idea and strategy
🟣 Gordon Goner- responsible for community and narrative
🟣 Emperor Tomato Ketchup- linked to creative decisions
🟣 No Sass- presumably handled operations and production

🤩 Core principles they established:
🟣 NFT = a key, not just a “picture”
🟣 Ownership = participation
🟣 Community matters more than floor price
🟣 IP should belong to holders
🟣 Humor and memes > pretentious “high art”

As the project grew, anonymity started to cause media pressure and mistrust, so parts of the team later revealed their identities.

💀 ABOUT BAYC
collection of 10,000 apes on Ethereum by Yuga Labs

🤩 It was never just about pictures — every ape is a membership pass to a private digital club.

What set BAYC apart:
🟣 It’s an exclusive club, not just avatars — with events, merch, airdrops, and perks for holders.
🟣 Holders own full IP rights and can use their ape however they want.

😎 That combo: IP+ community+ exclusivity- became a blueprint for tons of projects.

BAYC became a symbol of NFT culture. Artists, investors, celebrities, and collectors around the world discussed the apes, and rare NFTs sold for millions of dollars.
