Most businesses lose to cultural shifts not because they’re slow — but because they notice late.
That’s why I was glad to share my perspective in this Forbes Business Council piece on how leaders can swiftly spot emerging cultural trends:

My view: trend detection is a system, not a vibe.
What works in practice:
1. Early adopters are your radar — track what they normalize.
2. Communities + creators are the lab — watch what spreads without paid push.
3. Frontline teams (sales/support/community) are your sensors — capture weekly “language shifts” and objections.
4. Experimentation is the filter — validate signals with low-cost tests instead of long debates.
5. Cross-market comparison reduces false positives — what repeats across niches usually matters.
Prediction is overrated. Time-to-notice + time-to-test wins.
