The unity of the Muslim Ummah is not merely a political or social issue; it is a fundamental requirement of faith. The primary reason for the crisis, persecution, and precarious position of Muslims worldwide today is their internal disunity.
The Importance and Necessity of Muslim Unity

The Clear Command of the Qur'an: Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, has commanded very clearly, "And hold fast to the rope of Allah all together, and do not be divided among yourselves." (Surah Al-Imran: 103). In other words, being united is part of obeying Allah's command.
Existing as One Body: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, "A believer is to another believer as a building is to its other parts, with one part strengthening the other." He also said, "The entire Muslim Ummah is like one body: if one part suffers, the whole body feels it."

Preventing the plots of the enemy: When a nation is divided into small sects, geographical boundaries, or regional identities, it becomes easy for the enemy to defeat them. The internal divisions among us are the main cause of the Ummah's weakness.
