We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team! Rubic is one of the core bridge & DEX aggregators, the veteran of DeFi since 2020.

▪️Key responsibilities:
▫️Market analytics and research: conduct thorough competitor analysis and identify opportunities for growth.
▫️Campaign development: create and execute engaging and cost-efficient marketing campaigns.
▫️Partnership development: build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
▫️Social media management and community building.
▫️SEO

▪️What We’re Looking For:
▫️Experience in crypto marketing no less than 2 years, understanding of crypto marketing channels
▫️English level - C1, both written and oral.
▫️Market analytics and research (knowledge of Google analytics, usage of AI and other web3 tools for research)
▫️Networking and negotiation skills, ideal candidate should already have their network in the web3 industry.
