We’re looking for a Junior Business Development Specialist

Rubic brings together the best liquidity sources for DeFi traders in one place. We’re already live on 100+ chains, operating since 2020, and trusted by 360+ integrators. Our infrastructure powers cross-chain swaps and multi-chain liquidity for 430K+ users — and we’re only getting started. We need someone whose eyes light up at anything DeFi.

▪️What you’ll do:
▫️Dive headfirst into the DeFi ecosystem: Research and evaluate wallets, aggregators, chains, and protocols so you know exactly where Rubic can make waves.
▫️Pitch the Rubic API, but meaningfully: You won’t just “push” our product — you’ll build genuine partnerships by proving real value and win-win.
▫️Map out the market: Keep an eye on new chains, tools, and trends so we stay one step ahead of the curve.
▫️Drive integrations that matter: Forge partnerships that actually move the needle — integrations that bring more users and real traction.
▫️Collaborate closely with marketing & dev teams: Make sure our BD strategy lines up with integration priorities and marketing initiatives.

▪️What we’re looking for:
▫️Unbridled DeFi passion. We want someone who actively follows DeFi, experiments with protocols, or at least digs deep into a few projects.
▫️Extroverted energy. You’ll be talking to strangers all day — online or on a conference floor. You know how to read people, build rapport fast, and keep a conversation moving.
▫️Analytical mindset or rapid learning curve. If you haven’t worked with analytics yet, you’re ready to learn: crunch numbers, interpret metrics, and draw insights that close deals.
▫️Hunger to grow through real results. We don’t want someone who just clocks in. We want you to push yourself, chase targets, and see your progress reflected in your compensation and career path.
▫️Strong communication skills. You should write and speak clearly — whether it’s a Slack message, a pitch deck, or a Meet call.
▫️Experience using AI tools for research, outreach, and automation. If AI isn’t part of how you operate day-to-day, we might not be a good fit.
