We are looking for an Influencer Manager

About Us
atm.day is a meme coin trading strategy platform.
Launched five months ago, we’ve already reached 25,000 users, including 1,000 paying subscribers — all through organic content.
We’re now scaling and looking to work systematically with micro-influencers.
We’re hiring someone who can help onboard and engage creators, and build long-term relationships with them.

▪️What you’ll work on
Our focus is on small creators (1K–10K subs) in the trading sphere, primarily on YouTube and TikTok.

The main incentive for influencers is our referral program (refer.atm.day), so your work will revolve around deep engagement, ongoing product education, and community-style relationship building.

▪️Responsibilities:
▫️Research and outreach to relevant creators
▫️Maintain CRM, stay consistent with follow-ups
▫️Onboard influencers — help them understand the product and how to integrate it
▫️Creators’ success management: increase frequency and quality of their content

▪️What we’re looking for
▫️Ideally, you’ve done this before. Great if you have an experience in a regular web2 startup or agency
▫️Fluent English, written and spoken
▫️Experience or context in memecoins / solana is a big plus
▫️Very strong sense of ownership — a big part of this role is about CRM discipline, following up, and seeing things through
▫️Willingness to work around the influencer’s schedule
▫️You care about results, not just activity — they key metric you’ll be responsible for: how much revenue influencers are generating

▪️What we offer
▫️Competitive compensation in USDT
▫️Performance-based bonuses and clear growth opportunities
▫️Fast growth and a warm, horizontal team environment (there are only five of us, so you’ll directly be part of any product discussions you want)
▫️Fully remote
