We are looking for:
▪️Senior DevOps Engineer
▪️Senior Rust Engineer

The company (name withheld till the interview stage) is a non-custodial staking, re-staking, and node hosting platform that delivers advanced, secure infrastructure for institutional and retail investors.

▪️Senior DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities:
▫️Maintain the smooth operation and fault tolerance of IT infrastructure.
▫️Ensure information security across all systems and services.
▫️Administer physical and virtual servers (DigitalOcean, AWS).
▫️Manage a private network using tools like OpenVPN, IPSec, and WireGuard.
▫️Deploy and manage Docker containers for applications.
▫️Monitor and backup network and server status with tools like Zabbix.
▫️Automate server deployment using Ansible and manage user access (proxy, SSH tunneling).
▫️Defend against DDoS attacks, manage traffic (iptables + ipset), and configure firewalls.
▫️Administer and configure Juniper equipment, firewalls, and networking (BGP, Junos firewall).
▫️Manage clusters (etcd, k8s, ClickHouse, Zookeeper).
▫️Write scripts and identify vulnerabilities in projects (PHP, Python, Bash/AWK).

Requirements: 
▫️Must have experience in cryptocurrency and working with Masternodes.
▫️Proficiency in Docker & Kubernetes.
▫️Strong experience with Linux systems (Debian, Ubuntu).
▫️Experience with automation tools like Ansible.
▫️Proficient in monitoring and load-balancing systems (Zabbix, Grafana).
▫️Familiarity with Juniper equipment (firewalls, switches).
▫️Experience with networking technologies (BGP, VPN, etc.).
▫️Knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, Python, PHP).
▫️Familiarity with key business software like Jira, Confluence, Git (CI/CD).

▪️ Senior Rust Engineer

Requirements:
▫️Cryptocurrency and Node Experience: Minimum 1.5–2 years of experience working in the cryptocurrency space, specifically with nodes.
▫️Extensive experience and expertise in Rust development.
▫️Russian or Ukrainian language proficiency.
▫️Knowledge of Node.js is a plus.
