Deputy General Director | Executive Director

📍A major Russian industrial group, with substantial operating assets and international business relationships | Moscow

Core Mission: To improve business performance and profitability through effective management, operational development, disciplined investment, and stronger international commercial partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the strategy of the company or the assigned business portfolio.
- Take responsibility for P&L, budgets, cash flow, and delivery of the business plan within the agreed remit.
- Improve cost efficiency, procurement performance, and margins across the production-to-customer value chain.
- Manage working capital, investment priorities, and commercial risks of major projects.
- Develop export sales, key customer relationships, and international supplier and industrial partnerships.
- Lead cross-functional management teams and maintain clear accountability to the CEO, shareholders, or the board.

Requirements
- 10+ years of leadership experience in industrial B2B businesses, including international operations.
- Experience managing a company or a substantial business unit with financial and operational responsibility.
- Demonstrated results in business growth, profitability improvement, and organisational development.
- Practical experience in international sales, procurement, logistics, and complex negotiations.
- Strong financial planning, investment evaluation, and business risk management skills.
- Fluent in English.
