Country Manager CIS

The role has full P&L ownership and responsibility for commercial strategy, market expansion, distributor & key account management, strategic partnerships, and building high-performing teams.

We’re looking for:
• 7+ years of experience in Healthcare and/or FMCG;
• Strong CIS & multi-country experience;
• Proven commercial & P&L leadership;
• Excellent leadership and negotiation skills;
• Fluent English & Russian
