M48 versus T-55. The footage shows a Thai Army M48A5 opening fire on four Cambodian T-55 tanks. The Cambodian side was at a disadvantage due to being positioned at a lower elevation. The exact outcome is unknown, but the footage shows at least two fires; one of them is likely an ammunition cook-off.

Soviet Tu-95 armed with the AS-3 "Kangaroo" - the world’s largest air-launched anti-ship missile. The 60s vintage AS-3 was the size of a MiG-19 fighter and was notoriously inaccurate. It compensated for its lack of precision with a massive 800kt nuclear warhead. As they say, when you're targeting an entire carrier strike group, you don't need a direct hit.

1K17 “Szhatie” — A One of a Kind Weapon:

The 1K17 Szhatie is one of the rarest armored systems ever built and is widely regarded as the world’s first dedicated laser weapon system. Developed by the Soviet Union in the late Cold War period, it was designed to blind or damage enemy optical sensors, sights, and guidance systems using a powerful multi channel laser array mounted on an armored chassis. Only a single known prototype was completed, making Szhatie a true technological outlier and a glimpse into an era when laser weapons first moved from theory to the battlefield.

DAF YP-408 is a Dutch armored personnel carrier with an 8×6 configuration (six of the eight wheels driven, using DAF’s H-drive system). It was in service from 1964 to 1987 and was also used by Portugal. This is one of the early post war Western made wheeled APCs, known for its good cross country mobility and reliability.

The APR-40 multiple rocket launcher is a Romanian version of the famous Russian BM-21 Grad. This launcher became well known after being used by the Iraqi Army during the Iran–Iraq War. Some of these launchers were also sent from Iraq to Lebanon, where they were used by the Lebanese Forces militia in the later years of the Lebanese Civil War.
