We have identified two issues with the Webshop, which opened alongside the launch of STONE RRRUSH! on September 29 (Tue). The mileage accrual rate was displayed incorrectly, and mileage was not credited for purchases made with WEMIX PAY. Both issues have now been fixed.

1. WEMIX Station Game Currency to Token Swap Feature
• A one-way swap service has been added within WEMIX PLAY, allowing users to convert in-game currency into blockchain tokens.
• When applying for a swap, you can check real-time conversion rates, currency balances, and swap limits at a glance. You can also view your swap history after submitting an application.
※ Swaps cannot be canceled once applied for, so please make sure to double-check the swap amount before submitting your request.

2. WEMIX PLAY Game Item Exchange (NFT)
• A direct trading environment for in-game items between users has been established, featuring an intuitive fixed-price trading system.
• Purchased items can be claimed via the in-game mailbox.

3. Game Account Linking & Account Management Menu
• An account linking feature required to use game services, along with a management page to check connection status at a glance, has been added.
• Enjoy various convenient management features, such as linking/unlinking game accounts, checking account details, and viewing recently linked character information.

• The receiving address must exactly match the official address above. Assets sent to an incorrect address cannot be recovered.
• Only eqWEMIX$ may be sent to the receiving address. Other tokens cannot be exchanged or returned.
• Transfers must be made from a personal wallet controlled by the holder. Addresses from which the holder cannot withdraw assets, such as exchange deposit addresses, must not be used, as the holder will be unable to access the exchanged assets.
• For transfers made through a contract call, USDC.e will be distributed only to the actual sending address. Losses resulting from a contract that does not support withdrawals cannot be reimbursed.
• Completed transfers cannot be canceled. Amounts below the minimum exchange amount and truncated amounts cannot be returned.
• The required information must also be submitted to Customer Support after the transfer to qualify for USDC.e distribution.

How to Submit a Ticket

Distribution Schedule

USDC.e distributions will be processed in weekly batches, with a submission cutoff of 00:00 every Monday. Payments will be completed within 10 business days of the cutoff date. Eligibility for each batch is determined by the date of submission to Customer Support, not the transfer date.

※ Phishing Alert: Never send assets to receiving addresses provided through channels other than official WEMIX channels.

4. Withdrawal of Remaining Assets from Liquidity Pools

Separately from compensation, liquidity providers may withdraw their share of any assets remaining in liquidity pools.

• WEMIX.Fi: Liquidity withdrawals are currently available.
• WEMIX PLAY: The service remains suspended. A separate withdrawal feature is being prepared, and an update will be provided once it is ready.

Compensation amounts have already been finalized based on the period from immediately before the incident until services were suspended. The timing of withdrawals will therefore not affect compensation amounts. WEMIX$ illicitly issued during the incident may also be withdrawn in the process, but these tokens are not eligible for compensation.

5. Return of Assets Related to Abnormal Transactions

As stated in the previous announcement, assets legitimately paid to acquire tokens that were subsequently reclaimed will be returned in kind. Please contact Customer Support for guidance on the process.

6. Additional Information

Further announcements will be provided once the dedicated eqWEMIX$ exchange system and the WEMIX PLAY liquidity withdrawal feature are ready.

1. eqWEMIX$ Information

eqWEMIX$ (Equivalent WEMIX$), the token used for compensation, has been deployed on the WEMIX3.0 network following an external security audit.

eqWEMIX$ is issued solely for exchange into USDC.e and is not intended for general trading or circulation. Tokens associated with any contract address other than the official address above have not been issued by the WEMIX Team.

Consistent with this purpose, eqWEMIX$ includes functions that allow transfers from specific addresses to be restricted (blacklisting) and issued tokens to be reclaimed (burned). Tokens flagged under our internal security standards may be subject to transfer restrictions or reclamation. Tokens properly distributed as compensation will only be burned after they have been exchanged for USDC.e.

2. Compensation Distribution

2-1. Automatic Distribution
Compensation has been distributed to the following eligible addresses without a separate application. Recipients can confirm receipt by checking their wallet balances. If compensation does not appear in an eligible wallet, please contact Customer Support.

• Addresses that held WEMIX$ immediately before the incident have received compensation in eqWEMIX$.
• Addresses that incurred trading losses during the incident period have received compensation in eqWEMIX$.
• Addresses that had sell orders filled on PNIX DEX during the incident period have received compensation in PLAY.

2-2. Distribution upon Application

Users who were providing assets to liquidity pools containing WEMIX$ will be compensated for losses resulting from the incident. Applications must be submitted to Customer Support so that the compensation assets and amounts can be verified for each pair. Compensation will be distributed on a rolling basis following verification.

• The process has been improved so that your account is maintained for 7 days after requesting account deletion, allowing you to withdraw the request and restore your account at any time within that period.
※ Please note that after 7 days, all data will be deleted and the request cannot be withdrawn.
※ Even after account deletion, you can still access your on-chain assets using your personal private key. However, you are responsible for the deletion of mission data and the use of points and benefits held prior to deletion, which cannot be restored after account deletion.

2. UI/UX Improvements
• Game icons are now displayed on pinned wallets within the wallet list for improved usability.

Some provisions of the WEMIX PLAY Terms of Service and Privacy Policy will be amended, and the updated versions will take effect on September 29, 2026.

1. Reason for Amendment
With the onboarding of new games and the introduction of new services such as WEMIX Station and Item Market, it has become necessary to establish and refine relevant provisions. Additionally, as player information will be exchanged with game developers during the use of these new services, the Privacy Policy will also be updated accordingly.

2. Key Amendments
[Terms of Service]
Article 1 (Purpose and Scope of Application)
• The scope of application will be specified to cover accounts, wallets, transaction signatures, exchange features, and more. It will also be expanded to include instances where these features are used within onboarded games and third-party applications.

Article 2 (Definitions)
• New definitions will be added for terms such as Game Provider, Blockchain, Smart Contract, Wallet, and Private Keys, while definitions related to discontinued services will be removed or updated.

Article 3 (Services) – General Provisions
• Provisions regarding the nature of blockchain networks and disclosures on risks associated with holding digital assets will be newly established.

Article 3 (PLAY Wallet)
• Regarding the PLAY Wallet service discontinued on December 26, 2024, the discontinuation of new wallet creation/registration and the full termination of the service will be reflected in the terms. Asset access via your held private key will remain available even after the service termination.

Article 3 (REFLECT)

Article 3 (Marketplace)
• The service name will change from 'NFT Marketplace' to 'Marketplace'. Provisions regarding expanded trading methods such as fixed-price sales, game item exchange services, and prohibition of unfair trading like market manipulation will be added.

Article 3 (Information Service)
• The service name will be changed to 'Information Service'.

Article 4 (Amendment and Agreement to Terms)
• A principle to provide advance notice regarding the effective date and reasons for amendments will be established, and items related to the PLAY Wallet sign-up process will be removed.

Article 5 (Contractual Obligations)
• Provisions prohibiting the sale, transfer, lease, or third-party use of accounts will be added. Criteria for service-restricted countries/regions will be specified in accordance with international sanctions and anti-money laundering standards, and provisions regarding restrictions on providing Web3 features in specific countries/regions will be newly established.

Article 6 (Termination of Service)
• Provisions regarding the responsibility for handling held assets/benefits prior to account deletion and the impossibility of recovery after deletion will be newly established.

Article 7 (Copyright)
• Provisions regarding the license scope of service usage rights, the utilization of user feedback, and the distinction between NFT ownership and content intellectual property rights will be newly established.

Article 8 (Indemnification and Limitation of Liability)
• Provisions regarding compensation obligations for third-party claims arising from user violations of terms or laws, as well as force majeure causes, will be newly established.

Article 9 (Miscellaneous)
• Provisions regarding entire agreement, non-waiver, assignment of contractual status, and survival after termination will be newly established.

The WEMIX Team continuously provides information regarding impersonation and scam cases to ensure that all users can use our services safely.

Recently, tokens impersonating WEMIX have been identified on the BNB Smart Chain network. These tokens steal the WEMIX ticker and appear as "WEMIX" on the wallet screen, misleading users into believing they hold or have acquired official WEMIX.

[Cases]
A fake BEP-20 token on the BNB Smart Chain is stealing the "WEMIX" ticker, while its actual token name is different from WEMIX
Because most wallet screens only display the ticker, the token appears as "WEMIX", making it difficult to distinguish from the official asset

These tokens are distributed by being sent to wallets even without the user's request, and in some cases, this misleads users into believing they have purchased WEMIX
These tokens have no trading market, making them impossible to exchange or convert, and they hold absolutely no value
Tokens acquired in this manner are not WEMIX and will not be reflected on WEMIX PLAY or any other WEMIX services

WEMIX exists only on the networks and contract addresses officially announced by the WEMIX Team. Tokens using the name or ticker of WEMIX outside of these officially announced networks and contract addresses are unrelated to WEMIX, and the WEMIX Team does not distribute tokens to individual wallets without a user's request.

We kindly ask users to refer only to the official channels listed below and carefully review the precautions to prevent any potential damage.

• WEMADE and the WEMIX Team are not responsible for the loss of personal information or assets handed over to impersonators. Please exercise extreme caution to prevent such damages.

Bridge Service Resumption Update

Security reviews have been carried out on an ongoing basis to ensure a safe service environment, and access restrictions are being lifted in phases as each service completes its review. 

The bridge service resuming is outlined below.
• The Chainlink CCIP bridge has resumed, supporting two-way bridging between WEMIX3.0 and other chains

※ From the time of resumption, USDC.e on WEMIX3.0 and native USDC on Ethereum can be converted in both directions through CCIP's Transporter bridge.

This service resumed only after its security review was completed.

The WEMIX$ exchange module remains suspended. Its resumption schedule, along with follow-up measures and any further details, will be announced once confirmed.

The WEMIX Team appreciates users' patience and will continue to place safety first in restoring and operating its services.

• Article 3 : Descriptions related to NILE have been removed, and WONDER DAO service details have been newly added.
