Iranian parliament speaker Ghalibaf declared that the Strait of Hormuz will remain closed until seven specific conditions from the Islamabad memorandum are fulfilled.
These demands include ending military conflicts in Lebanon and Yemen, lifting the US naval blockade, and removing economic sanctions on Iranian oil exports.
Tehran also requires the release of its frozen assets, a new maritime security framework, and compensation for war damages.
Ghalibaf emphasized that Iran will judge US actions rather than official statements and rejected recent American proposals as delaying tactics.
